My First Taste of Rice Cereal in a bowl

Mama let me have rice cereal in a spoon and bowl for the first time. It tastes so yummy......

I'm past 5 months old now

Many people tell Mama and Daddy how time flies. "Wow..... has it really been 5 months?" - that's what I hear often. But if you ask Mama, she'd tell you that it's a daily task every day.

Mama and I have out set schedules and we both know what to expect of each other. I typically get up at around 6am - jabbering. Daddy calls me, the little Chicken because I wake him up. Then I take a mid-morning nap (typically around 9 or 9:30am), then another one around 11am. Mama usually puts me for a long afternoon nap fromo 2:30 - 4:30pm.... Before I know it, Daddy is home - and usually watches Mama bathe me. I start winding down around 6:30 - 7:00pm and usually is in bed by 7:30 - 8:00pm. Mama loves this schedule. She said that way, she knows what to expect from me and she usually works more in the afternoon.

Grandma told me a story about what her mother used to say: "Those that dont need to go to work (ie kids) - wake up so early, and those that need to (adults)- it's so difficult to get them up". It's so funny.

Mama recently put me in 6-9months and 12-month sized clothing. Alot of people love my cheeks.

Last Friday, I followed Mama to work. We checked on a home construction and it went well. Later, we met with the Salesperson to go through some important items for our client. Mama thought I did so well, she told me that from then on, I can work with her!
